I
first met Dr. Richard Daum in January of 1990... It was due to his expertise and
personal care that I survived. In the 'rocky' three years following ... he
went above and beyond the call of duty spending time with me when my condition
became life threatening. He was extremely instrumental in my receiving my heart
(transplant) in December of 1993. Recently my health condition began to deteriorate
once again. I spent several months with various doctors.... to determine the cause
for my illness... I received no answers, and I continued to feel worse with each
day. I again turned to Dr. Daum who took a very aggressive approach.... (And he
found the cause.) It is because of Dr. Daum's medical expertise and his need
to always provide complete care for his patients that I am able to write this
letter. I am truly grateful because he has once again given me back my life.
